I love Keto. All those fats that were “forbidden” in the past.
Don’t eat cheese. Makes you fat.
Don’t eat butter. Makes you fat.
Don’t eat steak. Makes you fat.
Don’t talk about the days I cut out dairy. Heck, I live on a dairy farm!!!!
Ugh, makes me feel sad and miserable again.
But, Fat is Back!
Thanks to the fats, I am not hungry anymore. I am not exhausted anymore. My brain works better.
No more cutting out entire food groups. Yay!!
What would have happened if I wouldn’t have discovered Keto (& Carbs)?
I would still be looking for “the right foods/diet”. I would still feel stressed around food.
