I’ve been discussing a bunch of topics with you all lately, with trying to empower you, and motivate you, all so that I can help you understand what it means to be a rebel.
What does the rebel weight loss lifestyle look like?
First off, it means to not just accept what anybody else says with regards to you and your body, and how it should and can be.
It means that how you get to whatever goal you have for yourself, there’s no real right or wrong way.
There are no “my way or the highway” rules.
You don’t have to follow any rules! Except for, of course, the law. We don’t want you to miss out on the body of your dreams because of shoplifting, or drunk driving!
But with health and wellness and weight loss, we are all caught in a network of lies, inaccuracies and misinformation that are not working for us, and usually keeping us stuck.
Your Rebel Lifestyle
So one question I get a lot is that people think my rebel weight loss system is all about going keto.
And while I am calling it rebel keto, I can tell you that what that looks like for every single one of my clients is usually completely different.
Because I look at your lifestyle, your body type, your weight vs. your goal weight, activity level, everything! So it’s different from rebel to rebel.
So one of you may need more protein during the week, while another may need more carbs and not worry about their protein so much.
Bringing me to the second question I get a lot…
What Do You Mean Carbs?
That’s the one question that confuses most women about how I encourage them to lose weight and keep it off: “how can I eat pizza and ice cream and lose weight?”
Well, that’s actually the key component of the rebel lifestyle – cuz you aren’t going to do what everyone else does!
You’re going to be having that pizza night if you want it, or that ice cream treat.
Because when you don’t deprive yourself and restrict yourself, you intentionally start to enjoy your life, and that’s when you will lose weight beyond your goal.
It’s what happened to me.
After living almost 45 years of my life, restricting myself in some way at all times; trying to eat clean 100% of the time, feeling bad when I failed, or starving myself until I binged…
I finally came across the beginning of what has now become the rebel lifestyle a few years ago, and I’ve never looked back.
Deciding to be a rebel and to not believe all those lies and mind garbage anymore. To just enjoy life.
This Can Be You Too
I have no idea what I weigh. I don’t even worry about it any more. But I know that I’m the same size for two years now…
And that had never ever, ever happened to me in my life before.
The reason I was able to reach this point, and keep it off, is because I allow myself to have wine with my friend on a Monday afternoon.
Having ice cream on Saturday and yogurt, pretzels and potato chips and Oreo cookies, too.
Or Chex cereal. Yes, I love Chex cereal!
Yes, I love all those things. And they don’t have to be the things you love, but whatever things you love, you can still have them! You don’t have to starve yourself and live a life of deprivation.
Or working out all day/every day for the rest of your life, killing yourself in the gym.
You can work out to enjoy being active, and actually enjoy life, eating pizza and bacon or cheese or whatever your heart desires…and lose weight!
You know, you don’t have to do this alone.
So if you want to know more about the rebel lifestyle, and the rebels weight loss club, just click on the link above, and we can sit down and talk about it.
This really is as good as it sounds, and it really is for you.
I would love for you to reach out, and take that first step toward changing your life forever.
Because if you’ve done some of the things I’d described above in the past, and they haven’t been working, you know they most likely aren’t going to work in the future.
